Larry Kramer PE is a founder and Principal of ValuationUSA®. Larry practices in the areas of:

Larry’s experience includes seven years as a Principal in Kramer Appraisal & Consulting LLC, with significant focus on eminent domain appraisals; seventeen years with Kramer, Geisler and Stand, Inc. as a senior commercial real estate appraiser, specializing in REO “workout” assignments; seven years with Tabor Resources Corporation as General Manager of Field Operations, responsible for land acquisition, claiming, and environmental assessment programs; and seven years with the MN Pollution Control Agency, where he was Director of the Solid Waste Division, responsible for overseeing the State’s landfill, hazardous waste and agricultural waste management programs.

In his 38 years of professional practice, Larry has served hundreds of clients in the retail, office, railroad, industrial, agricultural, recreational and governmental sectors. Lawrence D. Kramer is a Registered Professional Engineer, State of Minnesota.

Larry’s expertise leverages both his professional appraisal and engineering background with hands-on industry experience. Larry specializes in one-on-one consultation to develop “workout solutions” for troubled properties. In his long professional career, he has been instrumental in the start-up of several successful companies, including: Real Estate Graphics, Inc., AppraisalEditor LLC and Viper Powersports.

Larry was raised in the Twin Cities, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a post-graduate degree from the University of Southern California in Environmental Management, He spent seven years in Montana in the mining industry, and currently resides in Park Rapids, MN. His strong passion is for the development of Greater Minnesota.
