Tom Ruhland has over twenty years of appraisal experience in appraising commercial and other types real estate including apartment buildings, elderly living facilities, hotels and motels, industrial and manufacturing facilities, mini-storage facilities, office buildings, office/warehouse improvements, restaurants, retail buildings, shopping centers, subdivisions, and numerous classifications of vacant land.

Tom specializes in preparing “Before & After” appraisals utilized in easement, condemnation situations. He has prepared hundreds of appraisals over the past decade establishing damages resulting from partial and total takings of real estate by the condemning authority.  Clients include land owners, MNDOT, MinnCan, Xcel, Stearns and Benton counties, the Cities of Sauk Rapids, Sartell, Willmar, St. Cloud, and Little Falls
