John has provided expert testimony and functioned as the court-appointed FENE, neutral expert and financial mediator on numerous occasions.

John is often engaged to assist business owners in value enhancement, executive and management coaching, financial modeling and analytics, business owner and management alignment, succession planning, connecting company owners with business resources and people to implement business growth and profitability strategies, and transitioning businesses through a merger or acquisition. Most recently, John was interim COO of private-held company as an outside consultant, implementing operations efficiencies, integration of software platforms, revamping compensation structures, financial data analytics, acquisition of a subsidiary, sell-side analysis and assisting in the transition of the business through an eventual sale.
